About the EAP

You can use XXXX employee assistance program (EAP), Converge International, to help you address any work and/or personal issues that might be affecting your wellbeing and enjoyment of life. Counselling is available face-to-face, over the phone or over Skype - you choose what you're most comfortable with. 

The service is strictly confidential and is available as a benefit to all XXXX employees and their immediate family.

How EAP can help you

About the service provider

Converge International provides the service. Converge International is a not-for-profit and wholly Australian-owned organisation with over 50 years' experience in delivering employee assistance programs.

Converge International's counsellors are a highly professional and caring team of qualified psychologists and social workers. They all have peak industry body accreditation and a great deal of experience. Your discussions will remain strictly confidential.

Counselling locations

Counselling and coaching is provided face-to-face offsite at one of Converge International's counselling locations. You can also access counseling over the phone or online through Skype.

Your confidentiality is guaranteed

Any contact you have with Converge International is strictly confidential. Their business is governed by a clear privacy policy that complies with legislative requiements, providing you assurance of privacy and confidentiality. You make appointments directly with Converge International. Only upon your written consent will information be released to XXX or any other third party.
