Having some troubleshooting issues? Here are the most frequently asked questions about the Wellbeing Hub. Email us at wellbeing@agl.com.au if you have any further issues.
I have forgotten my password:
- Click the login tab on the toolbar
- Click “Forgot Password” button
- Enter the information required and a new password will be sent to your designated email address
I can’t log in:
- Click the login tab on the toolbar
- Set a new password by clicking “Forgot Password”
- If this fails, we can also reset your password for you, and email you a new one
I want to change my password or update my profile:
- Log in with your email and password
- Click on ‘My Profile’ on the dropdown under where it says, “Hi,
" - Edit your details or change your password, then click save
How do I change my program?
- Log in with your email and password
- Click on ‘My Program’ on the dropdown under where it says, “Hi,
" - At the bottom of the page, below your program calendar, click the button ‘Change my program’
- Choose a new program and click the green “Join program” button
- You’ll now be signed up to a new program. Click back on ‘My Program’ to look at the calendar for your new routine
How do I restart my program?
- Log in with your email and password
- Click on ‘My Program’ on the dropdown under where it says, “Hi,
" - At the bottom of the page, below your program calendar, click the button ‘Change my program’
- Choose a new program and click the green “Join program” button
- Then, choose your original program again, and click the “Join program” button again
- Your original program will now be restarted on the “My Program” page
How do I add Points?
- Log in with your email and password
- You’ll be on the ‘My Day’ page. The ‘Exercise’ section will have your exercises for the day or a rest instruction, and a box to tick if you have completed them
- If you did the exercise, you’ll earn Points for it– the amount of points depends on how strenuous it was
- Further down the page, record other aspects of your wellness, like relaxation and nutrition
- At the top of the page will be your daily total. Click ‘My Journey’ on the left of the page to track how you progress over time
How do I use the Wellness Provider guide?
- Log in with your email and password
- Click the “Providers” tab on the toolbar
- When you’ve found a provider, click on their image for more information and contact details
I want to join/start a community group
- Click on the “Groups” tab to browse a list of the existing groups
- Click ‘join’ to be part of a group
- If you want to start one at your workplace, we can help you set one up. Email us details of the program and a photo so we can make you the administrator.
I want to help a friend/family member join the site
- When you join up to AGL Wellbeing Hub, you receive a free membership to Springday to give to a friend or family member!
