What does it involve?
We do this over the phone or face-to-face, with experienced health consultants who use an evidence-based health coaching model. This model has consistently been successful in improving health status and achieving the participant’s personal health goals.
Health coaching is a great way to engage staff in a goal-oriented and outcome focused program. It works well independently and has exceptional success when combined with other health promotion initiatives.
