"Simple and Easy. No Gimmicks Springday Works!"

I love using Springday. I am feeling fantastic and have noticed a huge increase in my energy levels, and as a bonus have lost 5 kg.
I find the Springday tools really easy to use and keep me accountable for my wellness, specifically My Day, My Program, My Journey and My Profile to plan my weeks and days and act according to my plan.
I am on the "Choose your Own Program" and I fill it in every Sunday night for the coming week – it takes me about 15 mins to plan what I want to do as I add in my yoga, bike riding and walking my dogs. Day-by-Day I complete my program and tick it off in My Day. I have also created a couple of Springday Groups, one for Snow Skiing and the other for bike riding. If you want to get involved and share skiing stories or go for a bike ride with me join “Addicted to Snow” and/or “Pedal It” or just create your own group. Creating groups of people to train with is a good way to maintain momentum and motivation.
Wellness has always been important to me, Springday helps me make it a priority. On the "Create you Own Program" I can find balance between work and play, by ensuring I don't skip my yoga, bike riding or walking my dogs I know I am on the way to achieving my goals.
